Horse Sharing:
To maximize participation and keep costs manageable, riders may be sharing horses for this show. We will do our best to accommodate everyone's preferences, but if we have two riders who wish to show the same horse, they will share the rides. There may be some exceptions to this policy, which will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Show Fees:
To help cover the costs associated with attending this show, the following fees will apply:

Horse Usage Fee: $50 (This fee will be split in half, $25 per rider, if two riders are sharing a horse.)
- Trailering Fee: $120 (This fee will be split in half, $60 per rider, if two riders are sharing a horse.)

Coaching Fee: $100

Staff Meals: $40 per staff member (This cost will be divided among all riders competing at the show. Will have 1-2 staff members, possibly 3 depending on number of students going.)
Estimated Total Costs (excluding Foxberry entry fees):

Total with Sharing (per rider): (Horse Usage Fee / 2) + (Coaching Fee) + (Trailering Fee / 2) + (Staff Meals / Number of riders) = $25 + $100 + $60 + ($40 / Number of riders) = $185 + ($40 / Number of riders)

Total if Not Sharing (per rider): Horse Usage Fee + Coaching Fee + Trailering Fee + (Staff Meals / Number of riders) = $50 + $100 + $120 + ($40 / Number of riders) = $270 + ($40 / Number of riders)

Total if Leasing and Not Sharing: Coaching Fee + Trailering Fee + (Staff Meals / Number of riders) = $100 + $120 + ($40 / Number of riders) = $220 + ($40 / Number of riders)

Total if Leasing and Sharing: (Coaching Fee) + (Trailering Fee / 2) - (Lease Fee Credit) + (Staff Meals / Number of riders) =$100 + $60 - $25 + ($40 / Number of riders) = $135 + ($40 / Number of riders)

Note: The actual total cost per rider will depend on the number of riders attending the show.
A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to hold your spot. This deposit is non-refundable unless the show is canceled or we are able to fill your spot with another rider. The closing date for the show is April 30th.

We encourage all interested riders to sign up as soon as possible to secure their spot and allow us to finalize arrangements. Please contact us with any questions or to express your interest. Those leasing will have the first opportunity to attend the show with their leased horse, but may be sharing if someone else requests that horse too.
